Chamdor non-alcoholic Sparkling Wine is reason enough to celebrate, but the KPI Program rolled out in select Caribbean markets offers just one more reason to get enthusiastic about Chamdor … cash!
KPI, the Key Performance Indicator Program, encourages merchandisers to expand their horizons and create innovative Chamdor displays in their accounts. Hand Arnold Trinidad Limited and Lascelles Wines and Spirits of Jamaica incentivized their respective merchandising staffs to compete internally against one another for one of only three cash prizes based on the following criteria:
- New placements- 5 pts.
- Display+ shelf placement- 5 pts.
- Correct Pricing- 3 pts.
- Use of POS Materials- 4 pts.
- Creativity of Display- 3 pts. (Judged by Team)
The program lasted approximately one month, and as is evident in the pictures below, both merchandising staffs worked hard to win not only bragging rights within their respective teams but either the 1st place, 2nd place or 3rd place cash prize. Congratulations to the merchandising staffs of both Hand Arnold and Lascelles for a job well done!
